For orders of 9 items or fewer, please allow up to 1 week for production. For orders of 10 items or more, production will take up to 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience as we create your custom pieces!

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our items, all sales are final. We take great care in creating each piece just for you, and we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges are only permitted for items that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
